Program Description

The primary objective of this grant is to facilitate and encourage business service providers (BSPs) to increase the volume and/or value of transactions of local goods and services provided by local communities. Business service providers are any public or private sector organization willing to provide support services to micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in Jordan-.. As USAID LENS supports MSEs in the economic sectors of food processing, tourism, ICT and transportation, activities proposed under applications to this APS should focus on one or more of these areas. The secondary objective of this grant is to support BSPs in expanding their current operations to reach and serve MSEs in more remote, underserved or underdeveloped communities in Jordan.
